David Elian, REALTOR, Accredited Buyer Representative : David has every attribute a buyer needs to find the right home in the right place. As a top negotiator with excellent communication skills, David is a strong client advocate. He is technologically savvy, pursuing all resources to find just what you’re looking for. Before becoming a REALTOR®, David was a pastor for 18 years and a mortgage loan officer for five years. Both careers helped David in his real estate career, from patience and sensitivity to people’s needs, to understanding the ins and outs of home financing. David has helped approximately 285 families purchase beautiful homes in the last few years. Many of them have relocated to the Jacksonville area from out of town. David enjoys working with first-time buyers, offering informative seminars and publishing an educational book for these clients. In addition to a BS in Agriculture Economics from the University of Florida, David has earned his Accredited Buyer Representative designation which gives his homebuyers an edge in the home-buying process. He has also earned the designation of Short Sale Specialist. He is working on his GRI designation and is a member of the National and State REALTOR® associations.

As a long-time area resident, all five of David’s children have graduated or will graduate from local area schools. His knowledge of Orange Park and the surrounding communities enables him to help his clients find exactly what they are looking for. In his free time, David is an assistant coach on his son’s Little League team. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Williams YMCA.
